Everyday (or whenever I feel like it) I hit shuffle on my iPod, listen to the first song that pops up and ramble on about it. Could be interesting look into my past, could be a break down of the lyrics, could be regret that I haven't deleted it yet. Such is the randomness of SHUFFLE.

Spirit of the West - Home for a Rest
20 years old and this song still kicks ass.
If you've ever been to a social (Manitobans know what i'm talking about), a wedding or bar in canada, you know that once this song comes on the dance floor fills, the shoes come off and everyone goes crazy dancing their own version of a jig.
Wow... this came out in 1990. I would say I feel old but when I hear this song I can't help but feel young again. Memories of dancing in a circle with friends at a wedding fill my head and I remember what being 20 was like.
